Bikitap - Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları

Burada belirtilen gizlilik politikası ve kullanım koşulları; Bikitap’ın Google Play Store ve IOS App Store’da yayınlanan bütün mobil uygulamaları için geçerlidir. Bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yükleyerek, bu metinde yer alan gizlilik politikasını ve kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız bu uygulamaları mobil cihazınıza yüklemeyiniz.

1. Genel Kullanım ve Kitap Sınırı
Bikitap uygulaması, kullanıcıların ücretsiz olarak en fazla 2 adet kitap eklemesine izin verir.
Kullanıcı, bu 2 kitaptan herhangi birini silip yerine yeni bir kitap ekleyebilir ve uygulamayı bu şekilde sınırlı olarak ücretsiz kullanmaya devam edebilir.
Ücretsiz kullanım sınırını aşarak 3. veya daha fazla kitap eklemek isteyen kullanıcılar için tek seferlik bir ödeme yapılması gerekmektedir.
Bu ödeme yapıldıktan sonra kullanıcı:
Ömür boyu sınırsız sayıda kitap ekleme hakkına sahip olur.
Uygulamayı reklamsız olarak kullanabilir.
Bu tek seferlik ödeme geri alınamaz ve iade edilemez.

2. Kişisel Veri Toplanmaması
Uygulamalarımız, size ait herhangi bir kişisel bilgiyi toplamaz ve sizden bu yönde bir talepte bulunmaz. Bikitap, kaliteli ve yararlı uygulamalar yayınlamak için her zaman gereken özeni ve duyarlılığı gösterecektir. Buna rağmen, uygulamalarımızda yer alan içeriklerin beklentilerinizi karşılayacağı, size yararlı olacağı veya kesin doğru bilgiler içereceğine dair herhangi bir taahhütte bulunmamaktayız. Uygulamaları “olduğu gibi” sunmaktayız. Bu sebeple, uygulamalarımızdan kaynaklı yaşanacak herhangi bir olumsuz durum için Bikitap’ı sorumlu tutamayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.

3. Güvenlik Önlemleri
Bikitap, bu uygulamaların güvenliği konusunda alınabilecek tüm önlemleri almak için gereken ölçüde çaba sarf eder ve Google Play Geliştirici Programı Politikaları sözleşmesi kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirir. Bununla birlikte; internet ve dijital ortamlar yeterli düzeyde güvenli alanlar değildir. Bu yüzden size yüzde yüz güvenli bir hizmet sunacağımız konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermemekteyiz.

4. Yayımlanma ve Yetkisiz Kaynaklar
Uygulamalarımız yalnızca Google Play Store ve IOS App Store’da yer almaktadır. Bu uygulamaların bizim bilgimiz dışında başka bir Android veya IOS mağazasında yer alması durumunda, buradan yapılacak yüklemelerden Bikitap sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Üçüncü Taraf İçerikler
Bu uygulamalarda, üçüncü taraflara ait reklamlar ve bağlantılar yer alabilir. Üçüncü taraflara ait reklamların ve bağlantıların niteliğinden, içeriğinden, güvenliğinden veya bunlardan kaynaklı oluşabilecek zararlardan Bikitap’ı sorumlu tutamayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz. Google tarafından yayınlanan reklamlara ilişkin ayarlarınızı nasıl düzenleyeceğinizi, Google reklam ayarları sayfasından öğrenebilirsiniz.

6. Telif Hakları
Bu uygulamalarda yer alan sesli, yazılı ve görsel öğelerden ve yazılımlardan oluşan bütün içeriğe ilişkin her türlü telif hakkı Bikitap’a aittir. Herhangi bir uygulamamızı veya bu uygulamaların telif haklarıyla korunan içeriğini; kopyalama, çoğaltma, yeniden yayımlama, parçalarına ayırma, tekrar kamuya sunma vb. eylemlerde bulunmayacağınızı kabul etmektesiniz.

8. Değişiklik Hakkı

BiBooks - Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

The privacy policy and terms of use stated here apply to all mobile applications published by Bibooks on Google Play Store and iOS App Store. By installing these applications on your mobile device, you are deemed to have accepted the privacy policy and terms of use set forth in this text. If you do not accept these terms, please do not install these applications on your mobile device.

1. General Use and Book Limit
The Bibooks application allows users to add up to 2 books for free.
The user can delete any of these 2 books and replace it with a new one, continuing to use the app with this limitation for free.
Users who want to add a 3rd book or more must make a one-time payment.
After this payment is made, the user:
Gains lifetime unlimited book adding rights.
Can use the application ad-free.
This one-time payment is non-refundable.

2. No Personal Data Collection
Our applications do not collect any personal information about you and do not request such data from you. Bibooks will always exercise the utmost care and diligence to publish high-quality and useful applications. However, we make no commitment that the content in our applications will meet your expectations, be useful to you, or contain completely accurate information. We present the applications “as is”. Therefore, you agree that Bibooks cannot be held responsible for any negative situation arising from our applications.

3. Security Measures
Bibooks makes every effort to take all possible measures regarding the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policies agreement. However, the internet and digital environments are not sufficiently secure areas. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we will provide you with a completely secure service.

4. Official Release and Unauthorized Sources
Our applications are only available on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. If these applications are found in any Android or iOS store outside our knowledge, Bibooks cannot be held responsible for downloads from such sources.
5. Third-Party Content
These applications may contain third-party advertisements and links. You agree that Bibooks cannot be held responsible for the nature, content, safety, or any damages arising from third-party advertisements or links. You can learn how to adjust settings for ads published by Google from the Google Ads settings page.

6. Copyright
All copyright rights to the entire content of these applications, consisting of audio, written, and visual elements and software, belong to Bibooks. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, re-present to the public, etc., any of our applications or their copyrighted content.

La política de privacidad y las condiciones de uso aquí indicadas se aplican a todas las aplicaciones móviles publicadas por Bilibros en Google Play Store y App Store de iOS. Al instalar estas aplicaciones en su dispositivo móvil, se considera que ha aceptado la política de privacidad y las condiciones de uso establecidas en este texto. Si no acepta estas condiciones, no instale estas aplicaciones en su dispositivo móvil.

1. Uso General y Límite de Libros
La aplicación Bilibros permite a los usuarios añadir hasta 2 libros de forma gratuita.
El usuario puede eliminar cualquiera de estos 2 libros y reemplazarlo por uno nuevo, continuando así el uso gratuito con esta limitación.
Los usuarios que deseen añadir un tercer libro o más deberán realizar un pago único.

Tras realizar este pago, el usuario:
Obtiene el derecho de añadir libros ilimitados de por vida.
Puede utilizar la aplicación sin anuncios.
Este pago único no es reembolsable.

2. No Recopilación de Datos Personales
Nuestras aplicaciones no recopilan ninguna información personal sobre usted ni solicitan dichos datos. Bilibros siempre actuará con el máximo cuidado y diligencia para publicar aplicaciones de alta calidad y útiles. Sin embargo, no garantizamos que el contenido de nuestras aplicaciones cumpla sus expectativas, le sea útil o contenga información completamente precisa. Presentamos las aplicaciones "tal cual". Por lo tanto, usted acepta que Bilibros no se hace responsable de ninguna situación negativa derivada de nuestras aplicaciones.

3. Medidas de Seguridad
Bilibros hace todo lo posible por tomar todas las medidas posibles en cuanto a la seguridad de estas aplicaciones y cumple con sus obligaciones en virtud del acuerdo de Políticas del Programa para Desarrolladores de Google Play. Usted acepta que Bilibros no se hace responsable de la naturaleza, el contenido, la seguridad ni de los daños derivados de anuncios o enlaces de terceros. Puede aprender cómo ajustar la configuración de los anuncios publicados por Google en la página de configuración de anuncios de Google.

6. Derechos de Autor
Todos los derechos de autor sobre el contenido completo de estas aplicaciones, que consiste en elementos de audio, texto, imágenes y software, pertenecen a Bilibros. Usted acepta no copiar, reproducir, volver a publicar, desensamblar, volver a presentar al público, etc., cualquiera de nuestras aplicaciones o su contenido protegido por derechos de autor.
